Daytime Hours - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high‑standard care to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The role offers competitive compensation, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or school environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be punctual for appointments
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
