About the Role: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause and recommend solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
• Accurately document service activities.
• Continue learning industry advancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina for various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
