HVAC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements. Coordinate with installation technicians, installation coordinator, warehouse/inventory manager, fabrication, and sales manager to complete jobs on time and within budget. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of installation technicians, ensuring high-quality installations.

Establish and maintain customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Monitor the performance of installation technicians, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-one interactions. Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably, following the company's established procedures. Analyze and control job expenses to meet budgetary requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in HVAC installation, with proven supervisory experience. Excellent presentation skills, able to convey confident and decisive messages. Strong multitasking abilities, enjoying working in the field with diverse teams on varied projects. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Proficiency in computer applications and HVAC software. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
