The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and resolving residential exterior issues involving roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, windows, doors, and related exterior systems.

The Repair Technician represents the company directly on customer properties and is expected to protect the company’s reputation through quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity.

This role is field-driven and execution-focused. Repair Technicians are expected to identify the root cause of issues, perform repairs according to company standards, and maintain professional communication and workmanship at all times.

This position requires physical labor and field work, including but not limited to:
* Climbing ladders and accessing roofs
* Lifting and carrying materials
* Working in varying weather conditions
* Operating tools and equipment safely
* Performing hands-on repairs and inspections
