As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll help ensure our financial and office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
- Manage accounts receivable and assist with collections
- Apply customer payments and reconcile account balances
- Investigate and resolve billing questions
- Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Assist with month-end accounting processes and reporting
- Prepare spreadsheets and financial reports for leadership
- Support vendor documentation and general accounting administration
- Cross-train to provide backup support for office operations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Working knowledge of accounting principles - Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
