What We Do:
Design for Leisure (DFL) is a team of hydrothermal spa specialists working in partnership with owners, operators, architects, and designers to bring European-inspired hydrotherapy concepts to life. Our expertise in building best-in-class wet areas ranges from small but luxurious residential thermal suites with acclaimed hydrothermal circuits for 5-star hospitality projects and luxury commercial developments.
What We're Looking For:
DFL is looking for a Project Coordinator willing to work in a fast-paced, multinational company. This position will require working closely with our project management team and general project administration tasks. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to join a growing company in the unique wellness industry, has an interest in learning and growing with our company, and the design and construction space.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Assist in coordination tasks during project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Assist internal teams with project administrative tasks such as:
Data entry and file management.
Log and track project submittals.
Gather project spec info for spec book.
Prep material samples.
Utilize system Builder Trend for record maintenance.
Handle supplier information requests.
Procurement assistance.
Inventory & Warehouse support.
General Office Administration Support.
Required Skills:
Interest in learning alongside expert luxury construction project managers, professional office staff, and designers.
Interest in gaining a basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Interest in learning and gaining experience with design principles and construction best practices.
Preferred
Skills:
Any experience in Construction, Project Management, Design, Accounting or Administration is a plus.
