• Review and negotiate standard commercial and government contract documents in timely matters in line with company and legal requirements
• Participate in internal and external meetings, provide contract feedback, and work with internal departments to evaluate contracts
• Complete representations and certifications, insurance requests, and associated forms
• Enter and manage data in internal systems
• Commitment to meeting internal customer needs and completion time frames

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1-2 years' of experience in contract administration or paralegal
• Ability to work assignments independently and support internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance
