Senior Product Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Inventory Services to lead strategy and delivery of inventory platforms that power dealers and OEMs. In this role, you'll own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise inventory services across brands like Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, and Manheim. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, prioritize features, and partner closely with engineering, data, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, API-driven solutions.

You will use data to drive decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve products that support automotive retail and remarketing at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for enterprise inventory services across Cox Automotive brands.
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain a data-informed product roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, UX, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
• Translate customer, dealer, and OEM needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use analytics and experimentation to measure product performance and inform decisions.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and integration via APIs and shared services.
• Advocate for customers and internal users, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning with cross-functional partners and support adoption.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management best practices.
