Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Montessori Assistant Guide (Assistant Teacher) to support our Children’s House (ages 3-6) classroom at our Flower Mound, TX location. If you have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education, we’d love to connect.

• Assist Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities
• Support children with routines (meals, toileting, naps, transitions)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Provide active supervision and ensure child safety
• Support a positive, nurturing learning environment

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool required
• Experience in Montessori preferred
• Passion for early childhood education
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
• Ability to pass background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
