Now we’re looking for a world-class Graphic & UI/UX Designer to take our visuals to the next level. This isn’t a “make things look pretty” role. Your work will drive millions in revenue, expand our reach, and build a brand customers love.

You’ll own creative across campaigns, channels, and platforms:
- Landing Pages → Turn cold traffic into loyal customers with CRO-driven design.
- Spec Sheets → Simplify technical data into clear, persuasive visuals.
- Ad Creatives → Build thumb-stopping designs for Meta, Google, Tik Tok & more.
- Email Assets → Craft polished visuals that boost open & click rates.
- Thumbnails & UVPs → Make designs that grab attention and sell benefits, not features.
- Amazon A+ Content → Enhance listings with high-converting branded visuals.
Here, you won’t just “support” marketing — you’ll be the creative engine fueling growth.
💡 What You’ll Do- Design high-converting landing pages with UI/UX best practices.
- Create spec sheets, static ads, and thumbnails that drive action.
- Deliver eye-catching email assets for campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Work with marketing & product teams to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real performance metrics.
- Own creative direction with autonomy
- 4+ years of professional Graphic & UI/UX design experience.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio of landing pages, ads, and product visuals that convert.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce, CRO, and buyer psychology.
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into revenue-driving design.
- Fast, organized, and self-driven in high-growth environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in ecommerce, safety gear, tactical, or outdoor brands
. - Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Tik Tok/Google Ads platforms
. - Knowledge of CRO best practices or basic HTML/CSS.
