Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to a hands‑on approach to daily operations and a focus on the customer experience.
Location: Bexley at Anderson Mill – Cedar Park, TX
Pay: Hourly rates starting at $23/hour with quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.
This position’s responsibilities include front‑line resident services, team interaction, fast‑paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Attention to detail is necessary. Previous property management experience is a plus, but not required if you have solid management experience from customer service, sales, or hospitality environments. We offer training and coaching to master the necessary skill sets and direction for professional development.

- Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, collect security deposits, and facilitate lease signatures.
- Provide great customer service to residents—assist with renewals, notice to vacate, early termination, pet additions, transfers, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with maintenance—walk apartments for move‑in inspections, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
- Create a welcoming experience for residents on move‑in day.
- Assist with move‑outs, process move‑outs, and handle security deposit dispositions.
- Post rent payments and follow up on balances owed.
- Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
- Lead the team, aid in training, and help accomplish goals.
- Assist the Property Manager as needed.
