Cashier​/Customer Service Manager

Pay Range: $59,916 - 74,295 annually

Job Description:

Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM’s Cashier/Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing all activities surrounding the cashiering and customer service staff.

A Day in the Life

• Manage:
  Recruit, hire, coach, train, schedule, set goals and provide feedback
• Govern:
  Complete timekeeper functions, administer benefit pay accurately and track staff paperwork in regards to job orders, class changes and terminations
• Collaborate:
  Respond to all communications daily and attend schedule training events
• Resolve:
  Receive and follow-up with appropriate manager for all escalated customer situations
• Lead:
  Follow policies, discipline staff as needed, control expenses and turnover
• Support:
  Special events staffing and set up, finance and leasing programs and Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder on-site events

Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular basis
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• 1 year of retail experience
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Data entry skills per established department requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications
