Dental Assistant; RDA

Overview

Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Cedar Park. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care.

Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

• TX RDA Certification
• CPR certification
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset

$22–$24 per hour
