• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures including crowns, fillings, root canals, and extractions
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office leadership to provide excellent patient care
• Continue developing clinical skills through ongoing education opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and communication
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for continuing education and professional development
