Vista Ridge Family Dentistry has spent over a decade building something rare in Cedar Park a practice where patients feel genuinely cared for. Aromatherapy, warm neck wraps, comfort amenities, sedation options, and a four-doctor team that patients have trusted for years. That culture starts with clinicians who care as much as we do.
We're hiring a part-time RDH ready to own their chair, build real patient relationships, and earn accordingly.
Schedule - Mondays and Fridays
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Strong clinical and periodontal diagnostic skills
- Warm, confident communicator with patients of all ages
- Team-oriented, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Laser certification a plus or we'll support you in obtaining it
- $48-$55/hour base pay
- Annual CE courses fully company sponsored
- Consistent patient flow no scrambling to fill your column
- A team and culture patients describe as anxiety-free and genuinely caring
