We are seeking a passionate MACTE-certified, AMI, PMI, or AMS-trained Toddler Lead Guide to lead a Montessori classroom serving children ages 16 months to 3 years old. We are looking for an educator who values authentic Montessori practice, joyful learning, and supporting young children as they develop independence, confidence, language, and social-emotional skills.

As a Toddler Lead Guide, you will:
- Lead a Montessori classroom for children ages 16 months–3 years
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful and engaging learning environment
- Support children’s independence, language, and emotional development
- Present Montessori materials with care and intention
- Collaborate with Assistant Guides and campus leadership
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- MACTE certification, AMI, PMI, or AMS Montessori credential preferred
- Experience in a toddler classroom preferred
- Calm, collaborative, and nurturing leadership style
- Passion for early childhood education and Montessori philosophy
