YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a Program Specialist for Camp Twin Lakes, a year‑round role focused on off-season groups and summer camp support. You will deliver outdoor camp experiences, engage in Outdoor Education classes for visiting school groups, and lead team‑building activities for retreats and overnight groups.
You will also assist with meal service and help maintain grounds, equipment, and safety standards while fostering positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and YMCA
