Location:

Work hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with a one‑hour lunch break

• Lead and manage service staff
• Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and service procedures
• Perform electronic set‑up, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of sold systems in‑house and in the field (domestic & international)
• Maintain schedules to ensure timely service and minimal equipment downtime
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues
• Monitor and reconcile service inventory locations
• Ensure accurate service documentation and reporting in line with company and regulatory standards
• Quote spares, service, and service contracts
• Provide customer and distributor support, written and verbal
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree in Electronics or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered)
• +5 years of XRF service experience, combination of field and management preferred
• Strong technical background with field and in‑house customer support experience required
• Good documentation and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work independently, openly communicate with colleagues, and manage staff
• Ability to learn new products and software platforms as needed
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Windows Office experience required
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift 50lbs
