Membership Service Representative

The Twin Lakes Family YMCA in Cedar Park, TX is now accepting applications for energetic, dependable and articulate individuals to work as a Membership Service’s Rep in our fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

General duties include:

• Greeting and assisting members while providing outstanding customer service
• Answering phones in a professional manner
• General data entry and clerical functions
• Giving tours of our facility

Required Skills:

• Strong sales background
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Computer literate
• Previous customer service experience

Availability: We are specifically hiring for someone with afternoon availability.

Compensation: We are offering a $250 bonus for new staff!

The successful candidate for this position will:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be friendly, courteous, possess a cooperative attitude and be a team player
• Be able to work effectively under pressure
• Be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Have a neat appearance and be well-groomed
• Be willing to uphold the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, respect, and faith

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender and reference checks.

Pay Rate: $13.00 to $15.00/hour
