At North Austin Physical Therapy in Cedar Park, TX, we’re hiring for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Job in Cedar Park, TX for a compassionate, growth-minded clinician who thrives on making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
You’ll be an essential part of our on-site team, evaluating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that combine therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
You’ll work one‑on‑one with individuals experiencing urinary, bowel, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum challenges, and related musculoskeletal conditions, guiding them through their recovery with professionalism and care.
Our ideal candidate holds a DPT degree, current Texas PT licensure (or eligibility), and pelvic health certification with hands‑on experience in pelvic floor care. Compensation$70,000 – $98,000
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist licensure or eligibility
- APTA Pelvic Health Certification or equivalent
- 1–2 years of pelvic floor treatment experience
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary, bowel, pelvic pain, and pregnancy/postpartum conditions
- Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Perform pelvic floor assessments and interventions (internal & external) with informed consent
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re‑education
- Educate patients and families on pelvic health, lifestyle strategies, and home programs
- Foster a supportive, welcoming environment for all patients
- Collaborate with the clinical team to set shared goals for optimal care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation per clinic and regulatory standards
- Communicate with referring providers and community partners
- Participate in team meetings and community outreach events
- Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Proficiency in pelvic floor assessment and treatment techniques
- Strong understanding of pelvic anatomy and dysfunction conditions
- Manual therapy and orthopedic treatment skills
- Therapeutic exercise prescription and functional training
