Location: Little Land Pediatric Therapy – Cedar Park, TX

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pediatric SLP at Little Land, you’ll be helping children find their voice—sometimes literally. Your days will be filled with joyful noise, engaging play, and meaningful therapy that makes a difference.

Assessment & Intervention
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals and personality.
  • Track progress and modify interventions to keep therapy fun, functional, and effective.
Supervision & Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.
  • Team up with other therapists, caregivers, and families to ensure therapy goals are reinforced at home and beyond.
  • Bring your ideas and insights to team meetings and collaborative planning.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely notes and documentation in line with company policy and professional standards.
  • Ensure all practices align with applicable laws and best practice guidelines.
Professional Growth & Quality Assurance
  • Stay up to date on the latest in pediatric speech‑language pathology and evidence‑based practices.
  • Participate in team training, continuing education, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Help shape a culture of excellence, curiosity, and improvement.
Other Duties
  • Bring your energy, ideas, and heart to support our shared mission—plus any additional duties that help our clinic shine!
What You Bring To The Table
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed (or license‑eligible) SLP in the state of Texas.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with pediatrics is a plus—but a passion for helping kids is essential!
  • Skilled in speech, language, and communication assessment and intervention.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Positive, playful, team‑oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
