Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy that helps children build essential communication and functional skills.
This role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about pediatric care and making a meaningful impact through hands‑on therapy support.

- Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
- Assist in improving functional communication and independence
- Educate and guide families on therapy carryover techniques
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising SLP
- Coordinate care with clinical team members
- Document all therapy services in EMR
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
- Bilingual:
English and Spanish
