The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of services in assigned programs. The priority areas include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This entry‑level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field.
The position centers on hands‑on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.

- Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
- Ensure all direct service shifts in the program(s) are filled.
- Provide training for employees.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings.
- Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A two‑year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities, with supervisory experience preferred.
