Role:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant providing home health care in South Austin.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training to improve patient mobility and independence
- Applying physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function
- Monitoring patient progress and documenting responses for safe, effective care
- Teaching patients and families to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs
- Collaborating with PTs, nurses, and care team to enhance patient outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA)
- Associate Degree
- Driver License
