Physical Therapist Asst. PRN
Lake Whitney Operation LLC – Cedar Park, Texas, United States
About this positionSupport physical therapy care as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities- Implement plan of care in consultation with the physical therapist and other care‑team members.
- Communicate findings or changes regarding patients to the physical therapist and other care‑team members.
- Educate patients and families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
- Demonstrate a solution‑driven, self‑motivated, inspiring approach to help patients reach their goals.
- Work independently without direct oversight, recognizing when to seek support and communicate challenges.
- Be familiar and comfortable with technology.
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Certification in BSL/CPR.
- Home health experience.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
- Knowledge of Well Sky EMR software is a plus.
