The US Oncology Network is seeking a Patient Benefits Representative to join the Texas Oncology team in Cedar Park, TX, supporting the Medical Oncology Department and traveling to Marble Falls as needed. This full-time role follows a 8:30a–5:00p schedule Monday through Friday.
Ideal candidates will educate patients on insurance coverage and benefits, assess financial needs, and manage eligibility and forms. Compliance with HIPAA and company codes is essential for success.
