The Role
Be part of something new as the Clinical Director for our brand-new ABA center in Cedar Park, TX. This is a unique opportunity to help launch Arizona Autism's first location in Texas and play a key role in building the center from the ground up. You will lead clinical operations, build and mentor your team, establish a strong center culture, and help create an environment where clients, families, and teammates can thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is ready to take the next step in their career and enjoys the opportunity to build, lead, and make a meaningful impact. Rather than stepping into an established center, you will have a voice in shaping how this new location grows from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services
- Build, lead, and develop a strong clinical team
- Help establish the culture, systems, and clinical practices of the new center
- Oversee client programming and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services
- Support and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support client success
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
- Partner with operational leadership to support the growth and success of the center
- Active BCBA certification andstate licensure
- Strong clinical and leadership experience in ABA
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ethical, individualized, and quality-focused ABA services
- Ability to thrive in a new-center environment where flexibility and initiative are valued
- A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for helping children and families
