24 hours, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm l Part-Time
Design Custom Recovery Paths: Youâll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.
Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.
Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. Youâll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.
Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Drivers License preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
