Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
IPRACTICE/AHP is looking for an experienced HR Benefits and Payroll Administrator that has a proven track record and at minimum 3 years experience conducting payroll for an employee population of at least 200, creating payroll reports and maintaining a robust HRIS such as ADP WFN, Oracle, Paylocity, etc. This is a salary exempt and hybrid position located in Austin, TX; reporting to the Director of HR.
This person will oversee the day-to-day HR functions including, but not limited to, payroll, HRIS administration and training, benefits administration, data manipulation reporting, and compliance with all applicable local/state/federal rules and regulations. The goal of this position is to guarantee the HR department’s operation and employee data management is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the entire organization!

SALARY RANGE
$ 70,000 - 75,000

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is the HRIS subject matter expert in ADP Workforce Now for payroll and benefits.
- Oversees the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll processing and resolving all issues.
- Manage and administer all benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to payroll, benefits, and other HR metrics.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS, payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, Finance, Operations and other departments to gather and provide necessary documentation for compliance, reporting and audit requests.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in benefits and payroll regulations.
- Takes responsibility to proof work to ensure that it makes sound financial sense.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations; ACA reporting, tax and unemployment reporting, W-2 creation, EEO-1, 5500 Forms, wage and hour laws, best practices, etc.
- Establishes a collaborative and strong working relationship with ADP Professional services representatives, benefits broker team and other benefits vendors ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
