Job Description

As a Travel Nurse & Allied Health Recruiter at Nurse Star Medical Partners, you will be instrumental in helping healthcare providers find their next great assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about healthcare and excited to start their careers in recruitment. You’ll be actively engaging with potential candidates through phone sales, focusing on building relationships and matching healthcare professionals to assignments that fit their skills and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and direct outreach to source travel nurses and allied health professionals excited about new opportunities.

Phone Sales & Outreach: Make inbound and outbound calls to engage potential candidates, explain opportunities, and build relationships with healthcare providers.

Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and preferences. Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and credentialing.

Building Relationships: Work closely with account management to ensure successful placements and ongoing support for candidates.

Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to travel nurses and allied professionals during their assignments, addressing any issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends to inform recruiting strategies.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing, nursing, or recruitment is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling in a phone sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
