Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Cedar Park, TX. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing and marketing candidates to clients, coordinating job opportunities, maintaining consultant databases, monitoring job boards, and building relationships with vendors and clients. Additionally, the role involves negotiating pay rates, coordinating candidate interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.

The recruiter will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and consultants to fulfill staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Bench Sales, Vendor Management, and Recruitment strategies to actively market and place consultants on projects
  • Skills in maintaining and creating consultant databases, researching job boards, and engaging with new clients and vendors
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage client relationships and finalize pay rates
  • Proficiency in candidates' onboarding processes, job requirement analysis, and handling independent or corp-to-corp consultants
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong familiarity with current technologies and recruitment trends;
    Bachelor's degree in related field is beneficial
