We are one of the fastest-growing roofing and storm restoration companies in Central Texas, and we’re building a recruiting team that can identify high-performers, build relationships fast, and help us scale aggressively during peak storm season.
This is not an administrative HR role. This is talent acquisition with a sales mindset.
You’ll be the first point of contact for future six-figure earners, helping motivated candidates discover a life-changing opportunity while building your own long-term career in recruiting, leadership, and operations.

Conduct 5–10 video interviews daily to evaluate:
- Competitiveness
- Coachability
- Communication skills

- Maintain organization inside our ATS and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
