Duties- Perform electronic setup, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of new and installed systems
- Conduct electro-mechanical assembly
- Provide in-house service and repairs
- Deliver customer and distributor support (both written and verbal)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with EDXRF preferred
- Strong technical background
- Prior customer support experience required
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness and ability to learn new products and software platforms
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
