** Duties
* ** Perform electronic setup, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of new and installed systems
* Conduct electro-mechanical assembly
* Provide in-house service and repairs
* Deliver customer and distributor support (both written and verbal)
* Perform additional duties as assigned###
** Qualifications
* ** Degree in Electronics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience with EDXRF is preferred
* Strong technical background
* Prior customer support experience required
* Strong documentation and follow-up skills
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
* Willingness and ability to learn new products and software platforms
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work overtime as needed
