About the Role
We are looking for a Texas-licensed insurance professional to lead the day-to-day operations across our two agency locations in Georgetown and Cedar Park.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong Property and Casualty experience who can manage operations,
support the team, and step in with clients when needed. You’ll be responsible for keeping the agency running smoothly while driving accountability, service quality, and overall performance.
If you’re someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and can balance people, process, and production, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Serve as the Agency Owner’s primary support for daily operations
- Assist with quoting, coaching, policy changes, and coverage reviews as needed
- Handle client escalations and retention situations with confidence
- Oversee daily activity of the operations team and ensure workflows are followed
- Monitor team performance, workload, and productivity
- Ensure all servicing remains compliant with state and carrier guidelines
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Maintain organized processes, documentation, and accountability standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal staff
- Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and terminations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license
- 3 or more years of recent management experience within an insurance agency
- 3 or more years of recent Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Allstate experience preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance, life insurance, brokered policies, and service operations
- Strong technology skills, including Excel and performance reporting
- Ability to track results, manage workflows, and clearly communicate agency performance
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead strategically while staying involved in day to day operations
- Collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
