Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Maintain floors through buffing and waxing as needed to ensure a polished appearance.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Handle custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with residential painting projects when required to enhance facility aesthetics.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces, including offices and common areas.

• Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance processes is a plus.
