Store Manager – Crumbl

What You’ll Earn

• Compensation: $50,000- $60,000 annually (Compensation includes a quarterly performance bonus program)

• Flexible & variable scheduling (we rotate opening/closing shifts fairly)

As Store Manager, you own the full operation of the store and are responsible for:

• Leading, training, and developing a team of 20–40 crew members and shift leads
• Driving sales, controlling costs, and hitting key performance metrics
• Maintaining Crumbl’s high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
• Creating an upbeat, positive culture where people love coming to work
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations
• Overseeing daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and customer experience

• 2+ years of management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants, bakery/cafe, or retail (Crumbl, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, etc. experience is a plus!)
• Proven track record of leading teams and hitting sales & profit goals
• Available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays (we are closed on Sundays)
• Energetic, positive, and obsessed with delivering amazing customer experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Bi-lingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
