Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. The Nursing Manager will oversee clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring RNs and support staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, managing budgets and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership skills, neurology or critical care experience, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice in a collaborative environment.
