Key Responsibilities
- Perform cable assembly
- Complete electro‑mechanical assembly tasks
- Assemble circuit boards
- Conduct final product assembly
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Extensive hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Solid technical background with strong attention to detail
- Effective documentation and follow‑up skills
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with team members
- Willingness and ability to learn new products and software platforms as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
