* Qualifications:

* · Minimum of 5 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
· At least 3 years of experience creating, pulling, and issuing work orders
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment) required
· Experience with Infor Syte Line is a plus
· Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
· Effective communication skills with colleagues
· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Willingness to work overtime as needed
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
** Responsibilities:*
* · Create work orders based on system-generated reports and production requirements
· Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
· Pull and issue material kits to assembly teams
· Receive and process incoming inventory
· Monitor and track shortages, replenishing parts as they become available
· Accurately enter all inventory transactions into the system
· Process RMAs in a timely manner
· Collaborate with purchasing to identify and expedite shortages
· Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to address operational concerns
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
· Assist in the shipping area as needed
