Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with deep technical expertise and proven success in authority building.

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a growth role. You will own technical SEO strategy and help expand our brand authority through high‑quality link acquisition and media placements.

Technical SEO

• Lead technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Resolve ranking‑impacting issues
• Optimize internal linking and site architecture
• Partner with developers to implement best practices
• Monitor site health using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console

Off-Page & Authority Building

• Develop and execute strategic link‑building campaigns
• Conduct backlink audits and competitor gap analysis
• Secure contextual editorial backlinks
• Build publisher and media relationships
• Identify guest blog and podcast opportunities to grow brand authority

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience
• 3+ years of off‑page SEO / link‑building experience
• Proven success improving rankings through both technical optimization and authority growth
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Experience collaborating with development, content, and partnership teams

Bonus Points:
Affiliate SEO, digital PR, or experience scaling SEO in competitive industries.

• Increased organic rankings and traffic
• Consistent acquisition of high-quality editorial backlinks
• Measurable growth in brand authority
• Strong collaboration across teams

• Experience or strong interest in tactical gear, CBRN, survival, or emergency preparedness markets
• Military, law enforcement, or first responder background is a plus but not required
