Multimedia Developer II – Advertising. Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc., Cedar Park, TX. Full‑time, on‑site position. Pay Range: $64,306–$79,740 annually.

Job Description

As the Multimedia Developer II, you’ll bring stories to life through compelling photo and video content across multiple channels. This role blends production and post‑production expertise and requires you to operate as a highly capable one‑person production team, supporting both marketing initiatives and internal communications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage photo and video assets from concept to final delivery for a variety of external marketing campaigns and internal projects.
  • Create engaging multimedia content through end‑to‑end production, including shooting, editing, and post‑production.
  • Maintain a solutions‑focused mindset by applying logic and reasoning to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflows.
  • Assist in planning and executing catalog and commercial shoots, both onsite and offsite.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and travel as needed to support shoots and multimedia production efforts.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in graphic design, animation, photography, video production, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4‑6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationships.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills.
