Volunteer: creinstatement workflows

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.

Draft clear project management workflows and accompanying communication templates to guide the 501c3 reinstatement process. Work will focus on task sequencing, roles/responsibilities, status updates, and standard messages for internal and external stakeholders. Specifics will be provided.

Creating these workflows and templates will help the organization efficiently pursue 501c3 reinstatement, enabling continued work to bridge for-profit and nonprofit partners, connect resources and education, and manage philanthropic events for the community.

Details will be provided during interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to map steps, define handoffs, and produce editable templates. The organization is prepared to review the drafts with volunteers and refine them for operational use.
