• Provide specialized care:
  Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise:
  Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation:
  Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families:
  Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

• Competitive Compensation ranging from $34 to $41 per hour for RNs and $24 to $32 per hour for LVNs, dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked. The bottom range indicates little to no experience at 30 hours per week; the top range represents highly skilled clinicians surpassing the full‑time minimum requirement.

• Current Texas Nursing License (RN or LVN) in good standing.
• Attention to Detail.

• Six (6) months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home Health Experience (preferred).
