Nurse Manager; RN

Overview

This is a full-time Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm position with no weekends, call, or major holidays. The Nurse Manager (RN) will support Cedar Park, Marble Falls, and Leander locations. The position reports to the Director of Clinical or Nursing Services and provides nursing support, staff development, operational projects, and oversight of nursing leadership.

• Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational objectives, including support on operational projects such as site Quality Committees, QOPP site assessments, Advancing Care Information, Oncology Care Model, and other special projects.
• Facilitate implementation and utilization of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices.
• Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards and incorporate clinical evidence into standards.
• Assess staffing levels, patient flow, and current practices; assist with development of competency testing and skills validation programs.
• Maintain adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics or region, manage nursing staff coverage and operating costs, coordinate schedules, and handle vacation/sick leave/overtime.
• Provide oversight for nurse leads and supervisors as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN state license and current registration in practicing state.
• Minimum five years actively practicing as RN, including at least three years oncology experience.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Large percent of time performing computer‑based work. Must handle and lift patients and objects up to 40 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, and corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
