RN OR LVN Evening Shift Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) -

FULL TIME EVENING SHIFT 1:45 PM TO 10:15 PM

New Hope Manor, a respected long-term care facility in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LVN Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services.
• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records.

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state).
• Passing a criminal background check.
• Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN).
