As a Hospitality Aide, you will:
- Assist residents with feeding and hydration
- Make beds and maintain resident rooms
- Restock carts and supplies
- Support the nursing team with assigned non-clinical duties
- Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
After successfully completing the CNA program, you will:
- Accurately measure and record residents' vital signs
- Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care
- Follow all facility policies, including attendance and dress code requirements
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff
- Perform Certified Nursing Assistant duties as assigned
- Complete other responsibilities as directed by the Charge Nurse
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with residents and staff
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing quality resident care
Upon successful completion of the CNA program, candidates must be willing to accept one of the following full-time rotating shifts:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
