Postpartum Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center in Austin is seeking a Postpartum Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager to lead clinical operations for our mother-baby and newborn nursery units. This role oversees nursing staff, staffing plans, and evidence-based care protocols to ensure safe, compassionate, family-centered care. The manager collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drives quality and safety initiatives, mentors and develops nurses, manages budgets and resources, and supports policies that promote patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and continuous clinical excellence in a fast-paced, high-acuity women's services environment.
