You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You're comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Prior veterinary experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using practice management software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion for animals and a strong customer service mindset

About The Hospital

Thrive Cedar Park is a primary hospital located in Cedar Park, TX focusing on wellness exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, and tailored treatment plans to support a pet’s well-being.

You're Willing And Able To

  • Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide accurate invoices
  • Maintain up-to-date client and patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients to relay important medical and care information
  • Assist with front desk operations including filing, restocking, and maintaining a clean lobby
  • Provide empathetic and calm support during urgent or emotional situations
  • Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed
