- Utilize precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to validate tolerances and GD&T requirements.
- Audit production documentation to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
- Identify non‑conformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support development and refinement of inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and manage inspection and test equipment, ensuring calibration and validation compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel periodically to support quality activities at a secondary production site.
- Minimum 7 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Advanced understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and practical application in inspection.
- Hands‑on experience with precision metrology tools and inspection equipment.
- Experience supporting incoming inspection, in‑process inspection, and production quality activities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify quality concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work onsite full‑time in a production environment.
- Experience in highly technical or advanced manufacturing industries (e.g., aerospace, engineered products, energy systems, etc.).
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or similar credential.
- Exposure to electromechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with quality management software or digital inspection systems.
